הצקה בבתי ספר

תקציר העבודה:

הצקה היא דיכוי מתמשך פיזי או פסיכולוגי של פרט חלש ע"י פרט או קבוצה חזקים יותר. הצקה אינה זהה לקונפליקט, אלימות או חוסר הסכמה למרות שהיא יכולה לכלול את כולם. (Rigby, 1977)
בריונים רוכשים עליונות כלפי הקורבן בדרכים רבות ע"י גודל פיזי וכוח, ע"י סטטוס בתוך הקבוצה, ע"י ידיעת חולשותיו של הקורבן או ע"י תמיכה מילדים אחרים כמו קבוצת מציקים. (Olweus, 1991)

הצקה היא אחת הבעיות החמורות ביותר בבתי הספר כיום. היא חלק מהמציאות היום יומית של כל הילדים בין אם הם בריונים, קורבנות או "רק" צופים מהצד. (BBP, 1999)
אנו רואים אותה בעבודה, בבית, במועדון ובמגרש הספורט אך בעיקר בבית הספר שם ילדים לומדים כיצד להתנהג כלפי אחרים כפי שהם לומדים את החומר הלימודי בשיעור.
למרבה הצער, חלק מהילדים לומדים טוב מדי כיצד לשלוט באחרים בצורה שאינה הוגנת ומפיקים מכך הנאה. בכך הם עלולים ליצור תבנית להתנהגותם כמבוגרים (Rigby, 1977). עד לעת האחרונה לא קיבלה בעיה זו התייחסות מספקת למרות השפעותיה ההרסניות והמתמשכות . (BBP, 1999)

בסקר ספרות זה ננסה להבהיר מהי הצקה ואת ההבדלים בינה לבין קונפליקט רגיל, שכיחותה של התופעה, נמנה את הגורמים והסיבות להתרחשותה, נפרט את מאפייניהם של הבריון והקורבן וכן נתאר את תגובת הילדים להצקה ואת תוצאותיה.
בנוסף לכך נציין מספר דרכי מניעה והתערבות.
