קצבי התחתרות נחלים

תקציר העבודה:

התחתרות נחלים היא תגובה לשינוי פיזי בפרופיל הנחל. נראה כי כל שינוי בתכונה פיזיוגרפית או משתנה בנחל או נהר, ישנה השפעה מכרעת על קצב ההתחתרות. אקלים על גורמיו השונים, טקטוניקה בצורת הופעתה המגוונת, וכן נתונים פיזיים של הנחל\נהר עצמו. נתונים פיזיים אלה יכולים להיות גודל אגן הניקוז, כמות המים הזורמת בו, גרדיאנט הנחל, הליתולוגיה עליו זורם הנחל, וכן רוחב האפיק בו הוא זורם. חלק מהנתונים נראים ברורים מאוד בקשר שלהם והשפעתם על קצב ההתחתרות ובחלק מהנתונים עדיין לא ברור הקשר ביניהם וקצב התחתרות.
