תמצית
אדם במצוקה, עלול שלא לעשות מאומה ולהגיב בפאסיביות למצב הקשה בו הוא נתון. מאידך
הוא יכול לבחור אם להתמודד בכוחות עצמו, או לפנות לגורמים אחרים בבקשת עזרה. אם הוא
מחליט לפנות עזרה, עליו להחליט על סוג העזרה אותה הוא מבקש, ולמי לפנות על מנת לקבלה.
דפוסי ההתמודדות של מתבגרים מושפעים מקבוצת השייכות החברתית, מערכיה התרבותיים,
מנורמות התנהגות, ומדרכי הסוציאליזציה הנהוגים בה. לדפוסים אלו עשויה להיות השפעה על
התנהגותם ודרך התמודדותם של מתבגרים במצבי מצוקה. עבודה זו מתייחסת לקיומן של
הקבוצות התרבותיות הבאות:
ילידי ישראל, ילידי חבר העמים, ילידי אתיופיה, אחר - לא ילידי ישראל.
האינטרנט באופן יוצא דופן מאחד בתוכו מידע לגבי מקורות עזרה פורמאליים, יחד עם גישה
למקורות עזרה בלתי פורמאליים. סוגי הסיוע הנפשי המוצעים באינטרנט כוללים:
א. מאגרי מידע מקצועיים, הכוללים קטלוגים וקשת רחבה של גישות טיפוליות, או מידע
ספציפי.
ב. מדריכים לסיוע עצמי .Self-Help Guides -
ג. שאלונים ומבחנים פסיכולוגיים -שמטרתם להעריך את מצבו הנפשי של המשתמש.
ד. סיוע בהחלטה לפנות לייעוץ - אתרים המספקים מידע, שמטרתו לסייע לפונה להגיע להחלטה
אם לפנות לטיפול, איזה סוג טיפול, ובחירת תרפיסט מתאים.
ה. ייעוץ או טיפול חד פעמי, או מתמשך באמצעות דוא"ל.
ו. ייעוץ או טיפול חד פעמי או מתמשך באמצעות שיחה בזמן אמת באינטרנט.
ז. ייעוץ קבוצתי (השתתפות בקבוצת תמיכה) באמצעות דוא"ל.
ח. ייעוץ קבוצתי (השתתפות בקבוצת תמיכה) בזמן אמת באינטרנט:
אסטרטגיות ההתמודדות של מתבגרים כרוכות בניסיון לפתור את הבעיה בכוחות עצמם, כישלון
אופציה זו עשוי להביאם לבחור בין פנייה למקורות בלתי פורמאליים, פורמאליים, או בחירה
באסטרטגיה של ויתור על שינוי, והשלמה עם המצב על ידי נסיגה. המוכנות שלהם לפנות לעזרה
פורמאלית היא נמוכה בשל חשש לחשיפה וחשש מפני הסטיגמה המתלווה לפנייה.
בהקשר זה יש לתרפיה המקוונת על סוגיה, יתרונות. היתרון המרכזי בהקשר זה הוא:
האנונימיות המתאפשרת למטופל בטיפול מקוון אשר מקלה על חוסר הנוחות, המבוכה
והסטיגמה שבהליכה לטיפול פסיכולוגי. טיפול מקוון יכול לסייע בהפחתת עכבות הכרוכות
במפגש טיפולי פרונטלי (Wright j.2002,; ברק, 2000). תכונות אלו עשויות עשויות לספק מענה
לקושי שמציגים מתבגרים בבואם לבקש עזרה, יחד עם זאת נראה כי המודעות של מתבגרים
לשרות זה היא נמוכה.
למרות הפוטנציאל הרב של מקור עזרה זה, קיימים מעט מחקרים לגבי השימוש של מתבגרים
באינטרנט כמקור לעזרה נפשית, כך גם לגבי היעילות של השירותים אותם הוא מספק. לפיכך
תהיה מטרת העבודה לבחון את עמדותיהם של מתבגרים כלפי ייעוץ באינטרנט, באמצעות סקר
צרכים.
המדגם כלל 120 תלמידי בי"ס ונעשה באמצעות שאלון עמדות לגבי פניה, וסוגי עזרה מועדפת
באינטרנט.
