השפעת הריון המטפלת על התהליך הטיפולי

תקציר העבודה:

החוויה של הריון המטפלת בתוך הסיטואציה הטיפולית, הפכה לתופעה שדרשה התייחסות קלינית הולכת וגדלה. לפני 1966 הנושא כלל לא הוזכר בספרות. בשנה זו 1966) Van Leevwen) התייחסה לראשונה במאמרה לתגובות המטופלים-הגברים להריונה וכן 1969) Lax), במאמרה התייחסה לנושאים של העברה והעברה נגדית ביחס להריון המטפלת. מאז חלה עליה ניכרת בכתיבה על נושא זה. אין בכך פליאה, שהריון המטפלת הפך לנושא בעל משמעות קלינית. ככל שנשים שילבו בין חיים מקצועיים והורות וככל שמספר הנשים במקצועות הטיפוליים הלך וגדל, כך גדל הסיכוי לקיומם של מצבים בהם המטפלת עתידה להיות אם. על כל המשמעויות הדינמיות והפרקטיות שעולות מהעניין.
עבורי, ההתחברות לנושא הייתה לראשונה בתקופת ההריון שלי. אז פניתי לספרות המקצועית ולהדרכה האישית על מנת להבין ולקבל תמיכה. החוויה הראשונה שלי במפגש עם הספרות הייתה פליאה והנאה מכך שהיו נשים כמוני שהתמודדו עם סיטואציה ייחודית זו ושחוויותיהן כפי שתוארו במאמרים, היו דומות לחוויותיי.
בעבודה זו אתמקד במשמעויות שיש להריון המטפלת על התהליך הטיפולי, על המטופלים ועל המטפלת עצמה. מטפלת הרה היא ראשית אישה הנמצאת במצב ייחודי בעל משמעויות פיזיולוגיות ורגשיות ולכן תחילה אביא סקירת ספרות הדנה בעניין זה. אחר כך אנסה להבין את הסיטואציה הייחודית שנוצרת במרחב הטיפולי - כשהמטפלת היא בהריון, ע"י זה שאמנה את תגובות המטופלים האפשריות, כפי שעולה מן הספרות, להריון המטפלת. את תגובותיה האפשריות של המטפלת, ההעברה הנגדית וכיצד כל אלה משפיעים על התהליך הטיפולי.
הנחתי היא כי לא משנה מה הגישה הטיפולית של המטפלת, להריונה יש השפעות על מה שקורה באינטראקציה מטפלת-מטופלת, וכן על המטופל עצמו - פנטזיות, משאלות ותגובות העברה, באופן שלא רק שלא ניתן להתעלם מכך, אלא זוהי אף חובתה של המטפלת להבין היטב את ההתרחשות הדינמית שמתקיימת סביב עניין הריונה וכן להפוך את הנושאים למדוברים ומקדמים את התהליך הטיפולי. מכאן נובעת גם תוכנית ההתערבות שלי, שהיא הבניית קבוצת הדרכה למטפלות-הרות.
קבוצה שתסייע להן להעמיק את ההבנה בנושא ותהווה מקור לתמיכה והדרכה בזמן כה רגיש.
