השפעת גורמים מסיחים על רמת הקשב בקרב דפוסי התקשרות שונים בבגרות

תקציר העבודה:

ספרות מחקרית ענפה נכתבה לגבי אסטרטגיות התמודדות של דפוסי ההתקשרות (attachment) השונים עם מצבי לחץ. מחקר זה בא לבדוק האם קיימים הבדלים בין בעלי דפוסי ההתקשרות השונים בהתמודדם עם מטלה קוגניטיבית המלווה בגורם לחץ יומיומי.
סטודנטים (24) נתבקשו לבצע מטלה קוגניטיבית, מתוך מבחן WAIS-R, של סידור תמונות ברצף סיפורי בפרק זמן קצר ככל האפשר. המשתנה אשר תופעל היה הימצאותו או אי הימצאותו של גורם הסחה אודיטורי בעת ביצוע המטלה. השערות המחקר היו כי קיומו של גורם ההסחה ישפיע בצורה שונה על בעלי דפוסי ההתקשרות השונים, כך שהטיפוס הבטוח יגיב בצורה מדויקת אך מעט לאט יותר, הנמנע מהר וברמת דיוק נמוכה, והחרד לאט יותר וברמת דיוק בינונית. התוצאות הצביעו על הבדלים בין דפוסי ההתקשרות השונים, אם כי לא כפי ששערנו. נמצא כי תחת מצב ההסחה, הבטוח פתר את המטלה טוב יותר (מהר יותר ונכון יותר); הנמנע לאט יותר אך באותה רמת דיוק; והחרד טעה יותר אך שמר על אותה מהירות פתרון.
לממצאים מוצעים הסברים אלטרנטיביים, ונידונות ההשלכות לתחום המציאות.
